Community Sauna - Hackney Wick

Slowly expanding across London and beyond, Community Sauna is growing its footprint with more locations each year, helping “to bring local, affordable and authentic sauna bathing to the UK”.

The health, well being and social benefits from the saunas are far reaching, from educational partnerships to weekly charity saunas. Visiting the sauna won’t just be helping you and your own well being, but so many others at the same time through the wider positive community impact they have.

Each site has a number of communal saunas and cold plunges ranging in temperature, depending on how brave you are!

Opening hours: Tuesday - 2pm-9:30pm, Wed - Friday - 7am-9:30pm, Saturday / Sunday - 8am-9:30pm. Monday’s closed for regulars and private events.
