Mallow operates as a 100% plant-based restaurant in Borough Market, becoming the first fully plant-based restaurant in the market's 265+ year history. Located in a grand red brick building opposite Southwark Cathedral, the restaurant spans two floors with distinct dining areas - the ground floor Roots Room and the upstairs Floret Dining Room featuring high ceilings and cathedral views.

Created by the team behind Mildreds, which started as a vegetarian restaurant in 1988 and became fully plant-based in 2021, Mallow represents their expansion into elevated plant-based dining.

The restaurant serves internationally inspired dishes using seasonal, sustainable ingredients sourced from carefully selected smaller producers and local businesses to minimise environmental impact.
