Petersham Nurseries Restaurant is a pioneering example of farm-to-table dining with sustainability at its core. This magical greenhouse restaurant has held a Green Michelin Star for five consecutive years, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility.

Set within a Victorian-style glasshouse surrounded by blooming plants and the scents of jasmine and bougainvillea, this unique venue grows much of its own produce in their kitchen garden and sources from their family-owned Haye Farm in Devon. Their menus change with the seasons, using only ingredients at their peak, with most being British-grown and some specialty items sourced from Italy.

What makes them truly special is their holistic approach to sustainability - from employing 70% of staff locally to encouraging guests to arrive via Thames walks or cycling, and maintaining seven on-site beehives that provide honey while supporting biodiversity.
